Refund policy



 WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.

 

At Z Studio, every piece is designed to last. However, if an item doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, you may request an exchange under certain conditions.

CONDITIONS:

-  The item must be intact, unworn, and unwashed, in its original condition.

- The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

- Return and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE:

 

Please contact us directly at craza@zstudio.ca and include the following:

- Your order number

- The item you wish to exchange

- The new size or model you’d like in return

 

Once we receive your request, our team will confirm product availability and send you the return instructions.

 

After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll proceed with the shipment of your replacement.

Z Studio reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
