Delivery times and ordering process

• Once your order is placed, it takes 1 to 3 business days to process it.

• On weekdays, orders are usually processed within 24 hours. However, orders placed on Friday evenings or during the weekend may take a little longer.

2. Delivery times

• Once shipped, delivery takes an average of 10 to 15 business days.

• As our goods are shipped from several warehouses around the world before arriving at our distribution center, additional transit times may apply.

3. Factors influencing deadlines

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and logistical conditions beyond our control (e.g. customs, carriers, busy periods).

• We recommend that you track your order via the tracking link provided upon shipment.

Place an order

The ordering process at Z Studio is as simple as possible. First of all, you must go to the product page and add the desired product to your cart. To do this, click on the "Add to cart" button.

It is important to check that you have selected the right variants. If everything is in order, click on the "Cash Checkout" box. On the information page, you must indicate the correct address. Make sure all the information is correct. When this information is filled in correctly, you can click on the "Continue Shipping" button.

On the "Shipment" page, you can check the address data you have entered. It should also be noted that each shipment is completely free. As a thank you to our customers, we always take care of the shipping and delivery costs.

You can now continue by clicking on the "Proseed to payment" box.

Payment methods

In the payment options, you have the choice between different payment methods. At Z Studio, all payment options are encrypted by SSL, which guarantees a secure payment environment:

Once you have selected the appropriate payment method, you must click on the "Finish order" box, and you will be redirected to the chosen payment method. Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout. No shipping costs will be charged in the event of a promotion or special event, subject to compliance with the eligibility conditions.
